MOBILE SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Please understand unavoidable circumstances beyond our control can occur due to being mobile, such as traffic delays or extreme weather. We cannot be held liable for unavoidable time delays, but will notify you as soon as safely possible in this case.

DEPOSITS & NO SHOWS

Please give at least 24 hour notice if canceling an appointment. If an appointment is missed without giving notice, clients may be asked to pre-pay full service price prior to scheduling future appointments. For all new clients, a $10 deposit is required for the first visit. This deposit is refundable if 24 hour cancellation notice is given. Otherwise, it will be put towards cost of appointment services.

HEALTH & VACCINATIONS

We require your pet to be current on their vaccinations and proof of a current rabies vaccination be provided prior to your appointment. Because we care about your pet’s safety, you agree to disclose any medical or behavioral conditions your pet has prior to your appointment as grooming can occasionally expose or aggravate a previous problem. We will take every precaution to provide a stress-free and safe experience, but we reserve the right to discontinue service if we determine continuing will present a threat to your pet’s well-being or safety of the groomer.

OTHER

All services for dogs will be done at vehicle unless special accommodations are made ahead of time. Small animals (rabbits and guinea pigs) can be done in home OR must be brought to vehicle in kennel/cage. Cats will only be done in home with owners present for safety reasons.
